January releases:

Sadly, I haven't posted in a long time (since September) but I've been so busy with school etc! Now I am back with 3 new releases for this month which I think look amazing, so I hope you enjoy.

The Revenant:
This movie is inspired by true events that occurred in the 19th century. Legendary frontiersman Hugh Glass (Leonardo DiCaprio) obtains injuries after a severe bear attack where he is then left for dead by his hunting team. Glass uses his survival skills to get back home and to find John Fitzgerald (Tom Hardy) through the wintery terrain. Fitzgerald was the former confident who betrayed and left Glass.

I am a huge fan of Tom Hardy (especially in Mad Max) so it will be interesting to see why he left him. Also, it sounds incredible to me as it's based on true events which makes the movie more special and intense. I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone. It is intense so you will have to be focused all the way through!

Release date: January 14th 2016 (worldwide)

Age rating: 15

Time: 156 minutes

Rating: 8.3/10

Also starring: Will Poulter, Domhnall Gleeson

The 5th wave:
This movie is a sci-fi  about an alien invasion on earth. Each wave of the attack continues to effect more and more people and they include taking their power and spreading a disease. The movie follows the story of Cassie Sullivan (Chloe Grace Moretz) who is trying to survive in the world while trying to find her brother who may or may not have been taken by aliens that look just like humans. However, she is helped by a boy who could also be an alien, but in disguise.

This screamed out at e to watch when I seen the trailer as I love anything action or sci-fi related (hence why I love marvel so much) and I was intrigued to find out who is really an alien and who isn't. I also love movies with a strong leading female who isn't necessarily the main character, but contributes a lot to the story. Just like: Natasha Romanoff, Katniss Everdeen, Susan Storm, Furiosa, Gisele (from fast and furious). Moretz in this is strong, smart and has the right skills and mind-set to
survive.

Release date: Friday 22nd January (UK)

Age rating: PG-13

Time: 112 minutes

Rating: 6.9/10

Also starring: Nick Robinson, Liev Schreiber, Alex Roe

Dirty grandpa:
Before his wedding and the day after his grandma's funeral, Jason Kelly (Zac Efron) is tricked into taking his grandpa (Robert De Niro) on a road trip during spring break. They get up to all sorts including lots of partying!

To me, this looks amazing! I love funny comedies like this where the grandpa takes over as you would never imagine them to be like that. Also, Robert De Niro is an amazing actor so this will be hilarious as its not serious like movies that have recently been released!

Release date: Friday 25th January (UK)

Age rating: 15

Time: 102 minutes

Rating: No critic reviews have been released yet.

Also starring: Aubrey Plaza, Zoey Deutch, Adam Pally

Introducing my soldier and god!

Hey everyone! I just thought that I would dedicate this blog post to my amazing guinea pigs Loki and Bucky who you may see featured on this blog quite a big. They're only little but play a big special part in my life! I have now owned these for 11 months as I got them on October 17th or 16th (I think) when they were 3 months old and now they're 1 year and 2 months old. I took these pictures in the summer while I was on holiday because it was super cute and super sunny and  thought that these pictures were quite nice to show you!

Loki~
He is the black one and is a texel breed of guinea pig. He is named after marvel villain Loki as he has black fur and I just loved the name. He is quite cheeky as every time I go outside he weeps (expecting food). He has quite tatty and corse fur which means he has to be groomed quite often. When I bring them in for a cuddle, all Loki wants to do is sleep! He would honestly lay there for hours! He loves to eat grapes and every morning when I open the hutch to let them out, I give them one and he is always first to snatch it!

Bucky~
Bucky is a silver agouti guinea pig with a few small white patches and soft, long fur. It may not look long but near his bum, we have to trim it where it goes long. Unlike Loki, he is more wild and enjoys the outdoors which I suppose is a good thing as my guinea pigs have free roam of my garden. Bucky is named after Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier as he is silver and Bucky the character has a metal arm when he is the winter soldier! He isn't so fond of cuddles (especially when you split him from Loki). He does lick me but is a fidget when they have movie time with me at the weekends.

I hope you liked this little post introducing my guinea pigs as I'm probably going to do some posts about hutch decorations and DIY or even if I just have a little update for you with some pictures! Thanks for reading!

This movie is about an astronaut left behind on the planet mars. After a fierce storm, his fellow astronauts leave him behind due to them thinking he (Mark Watney) is dead. This is an adaptation from the original Disney movie where a 12 year old orphan called Peter (Levi Miller) finds himself taken away to Neverland where he quickly makes friends with James Hook (Garrett Hedlund) and the warrior Tiger Lily (Rooney Mara). Top 10 Avengers Age of Ultron moments!

Hey everyone! As the movie Avengers age of ultron comes out on dvd on Monday (14th September) I thought that I'd share with you some of my favourite moments/scenes from the movie! Obviously I love it all (apart from the romance scenes between Bruce and Natasha since I ship romanogers). It
was hard to pick 10 but here are some of my favourites!
 Enjoy~

1. The hammer thing!
I love these scenes where they all try to pick up the hammer as well as the scene where vision picks it up and when Steve, Tony and Thor are discussing about putting it in the lift!

2. 'You didn't see that coming'?
Ahh the first time we all discovered Pietro's lovely accent! this is an on going thing between Barton and Pietro and I love it ha!

3. Hulk-buster scene!
I love the whole scene from the go to sleep punches and the quote 'that little witch is messing with your mind'! It's all just a comical fight scene for Stark and he probably enjoyed it all.

4. 'language'
Yet another little repetitive comment throughout the movie but from Steve Rogers, a smart and sensible man who says the wrong words! Oh I do love Steve bless him!

5. Romanogers vs ultron fight scene!
Black widow and captain America I wish and as they team up in this scene I just love the flirting and everything really!

6. Wanda and Pietro scenes!
I love the twins so much and any scenes with them both is super cute!

7. Don't take from my pile!
I mean when you look at the size in pile difference I doubt he would even think about stealing from his pile as there is no point! But oh well!

8. First fight scene!
this is an opening and a half and I quite like the fact that they go straight into it at the start even though they never explain how avengers was set up or how everyone was together but it starts with a bang.

9. End scene!
I love this end scene and how Tony and Steve are getting along which makes me sad because of civil war. I also love where Steve shows that he's there for Natasha and how everyone is a team even civil war is coming!

10. The last battle
I love this battle as it shows everyone working together to do the right thing by saving the world and it's just an incredible battle sequence showing that the avengers are just so powerful that even robots can't bring them down!

I hope you enjoyed this little journey through some great Age of Ultron scenes!
Thank you for reading and don't forget to go and get the dvd on Monday 14th September and enjoy it.
